Managing Partner Greg Lippe has been engaged in the practice of public accounting since 1967. With a strong management and consulting background, his experience includes performing auditing, accounting and tax planning services as well as negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions. Industries served by Greg include entertainment, real estate, mortgage lending, manufacturing, distribution, sports franchise, high-tech, wholesale, service and others. Greg began his public accounting career with Touche, Ross & Co., predecessor of Deloitte Touche. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. He also serves on the Board and chairs the audit committee of a local bank and serves on the Boards of business, educational, charitable and advocacy organizations. Greg was honored as one of the Top 25 CPAs in the San Fernando Valley in both 2003 and 2007 and is a published writer. |

Ken has been in the field of taxation since 1965 and is one of the founding partners. His current experience has emphasized business management, general consulting, real estate taxation and representation of clients before various governmental taxing authorities. Previous experience includes three years as Director of Taxation for Host international, Inc., a subsidiary of the Marriott Corporation. Previously, Ken served as an Internal Revenue agent at the U.S. Treasury Department. Ken is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPA’s. He graduated from California State University, Northridge. Ken serves on several local advisory committees. |

Neal was admitted to the firm as a partner in 2003. He began his accounting career in 1966 as an Internal Revenue Agent, before becoming partner in charge of the tax department for Kellogg & Andelson Accountancy Corporation. His experience also includes serving as a partner at Tanner, Mainstain, Hoffer & Perot for twenty-one years, where he acquired extensive experience in personal service corporations, business management, financial planning and tax representation. Neil is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs and is accredited in financial planning by the AICPA, earning the PFS designation. In addition, Neal is an investment advisory representative with Financial Network Investment Corporation. |

Lisa became a partner of the firm in January 2003, and in the same year was honored for her professional achievements by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in the San Fernando Valley. Serving as an advisor for emerging and middle market businesses in the Valley and surrounding areas for more than 20 years, Lisa’s career began in 1987 with Deloitte & Touche. Her experience includes auditing for various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefits. Lisa has provided litigation-consulting services for partnership dissolution and high profile breach of contract cases. Lisa is active in the community and serves on various non-profit organizations’ boards and committees. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPAs, American Women’s Society of CPAs, American Association of University Women and Provisors. Lisa also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching accounting and auditing at California Lutheran University.

Gerard was admitted as a partner on January 1, 2006. He has provided accounting, auditing, taxation and consulting services to clients in the entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, service and sports industries for more than 20 years. His extensive knowledge of Business Information Systems, supported by an MBA from California State University, Los Angeles, enables him to provide an array of consulting services, including systems review, cash management, financial analysis, budgeting, business planning and cost control analysis. He also assumes the role of an outsourced CFO when one is needed. Gerard is active in the community and serves on a number of non-profit organization boards. His other affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs and professional networking groups.
